When can I set up my table?
Setup is Tuesday, April 14 from 9 am to 12:30pm. All exhibits MUST be in place by 12:30 pm.
Can I ship my materials before the conference begins?
Yes, shipping and ordering info will be distributed one month prior to the conference.
When can I begin to dismantle my table?
Exhibitors may strike their tables on Wednesday, April 15 from 2:20-6 pm. You will receive instructions as we get closer.
Can I dismantle my table early?
This is expressly prohibited, and you will be billed a $200 fee for early dismantling.
How can I order electricity, a hard-wired Internet connection, or additional furnishings for my table?
You will receive an exhibitor packet 1-2 months prior to the event with instructions for ordering these items/services directly from the hotel.
Am I allowed to bring guests to conference?
Guests must be registered for the conference to attend.
Do I need a code to register for the room block?
No, you do not need a code but reservations must be made through our dedicated conference website using the link we provide(coming soon). Note that our special event rate of $169/night expires after March 24. Click HERE to book your room.
I would like to come in early for the event. Can I get the same room rate?
Please contact the hotel if you wish to make reservations outside of April 14-15..
What is included in the registration package?
Your Attendee registration or Exhibitor registration includes everything on the Agenda, unless otherwise noted. Your Attendee registration or Exhibitor registration does not include the Welcome Reception and the Hollis Award Celebration. Separate registrations are required for these events.
I am an Exhibitor. Do I need to register?
If you made your exhibitor purchase via our registration system, then you should have added your 2 attendees names to the registration. If you didn’t add the attendee names at the time of registration, please email your attendee names to [email protected]. Please send their first and last name and email address.
I am a Sponsor. Do I need to register?
No, you do not need to register through the website, but we do need all your attendee information to be emailed to [email protected] no later than March 24. Please send your attendees' first and last name and email address.
Is there walk-in registration?
We can accommodate walk-ins for the Conference on April 14 .
Can I pay my registration with a check?
Yes, please register through this online system, then simply click Bypass Payment when you get to the payment screen. All checks must be postmarked by March 24, 2026. After March 24, you must pay by credit card.
Can I cancel my registration?
You may cancel your Exhibitor registration before March 24 less the non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of total price of requested space, provided in the NABIP-TX registration policy. This will be the sole and exclusive right and remedy of your company in this respect. Individual cancellation is honored for emergencies only. Cancellation after March 24 is non-refundable.

What did Hollis Roberson do to have an award named after him?
Hollis Roberson, CLU, FLMI, RHU, was a highly respected figure in the insurance industry. He held a BS from the University of North Alabama, an MBA from Auburn University, and an MS from Southern Methodist University. Hollis served as a life insurance company president, chief actuary, and owner of his own agency. He dedicated much of his career to NAHU (now NABIP-Texas), serving as Membership Chairman, Region IV Vice President, and First Vice President. Hollis was instrumental in strategic planning for various AHUs and published numerous articles while speaking to many industry organizations. He was honored with the Norman Medill Award in 1989 for his editorial contributions. The Hollis Roberson Award, first presented in 1989, was established in his memory to recognize his exceptional contributions to the industry. Hollis passed away on December 16, 1989, at the age of 67, while serving as president-elect of NAHU.
How can I, or my chapter, be nominated to receive one of the prestigious awards given on this special night?
